Rewards

Some offers or promotions provided as part of the Partner Content may include reward schemes, where you may be entitled to receive a monetary reward.

Eligibility

In order to partake and redeem against offer content, a retailer must be PayPoint agent to participate and must successfully complete the scanning actions as set out below.>

Promotion Details

In order to be eligible for payment of the outlined offer reward, the retailer must scan the barcodes for all requested products via their PayPoint terminal.For example, stock x products to earn x reward.

This promotion concerns the following product, scanning of which will entitle the eligible retailer for the following reward:

In order to successfully the eligible product, please follow the steps below on your PayPoint One terminal:

1. Gather the qualifying products from your store;

2. On your PayPoint One terminal, select the P button to open the PayPoint menu and then press the MyStore+ button;

3. Press the offer you want to redeem;

4. Select the qualifying product and scan the matching barcode;

5. Confirm the barcode and the sale to add the offer to your basket;

6. Repeat steps above for all qualifying products;

7.Checkout your basket to complete the redemption;

Each promotion is limited to one redemption per retailer unless stated otherwise.

Each promotion is subject to the below start and end dates.

The supplier of the promotion reserves the right to amend the running dates of a promotion.

Promoter & Partners

McCurrach Ltd, part of the Avidity Group Ltd, are the promoters of the offer content on behalf of their clients.

Promoter's entire liability and your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to a distribution of the equivalent amount of reward as set forth above. By participating in the promotion, all entrants waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based.

Payment Terms

This promotion will be paid differently to other promotions and as set out in the MyStore+ App Terms. Payment for successful participation in this promotion will not be dependent on reaching a minimum balance within the MyStore+ App (nor will such balance be contributed to by this promotion)

The retailer will be entitled to claim payment via the PayPoint self-billing service as governed by the retailer,s own contract with PayPoint. PayPoint is entitled to net the amount due to the retailer against payments due to PayPoint.

PayPoint is making the payment on behalf of

McCurrach Limited and is not liable to make the payment unless the retailer complies with the terms of the offer.

If PayPoint is unable to make a payment to the retailer in the form agreed, McCurrach Limited is responsible for payments due to the retailer and the retailer shall have no claim against PayPoint. In addition, other than as set out above, PayPoint bears no responsibility to the retailer for the running of this promotion.

We may end your rights to participate in this promotion if you break these terms

We may end your rights to participate in this promotion at any time by contacting you if you have broken these terms in a serious way. If what you have done can be put right we will give you a reasonable opportunity to do so.

If we end your rights to participate in this promotion :

• You must stop all activities authorised by these terms, including your participation in this promotion .

We may transfer these terms to someone else

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract.

You cannot transfer your rights to participate in this promotion to someone else

You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree in writing.

No rights for third parties

These terms does not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms.

If a court finds part of these terms illegal, the rest will continue in force

Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

Even if we delay in enforcing these terms, we can still enforce it later

Even if we delay in enforcing these terms, we can still enforce them later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking these terms, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

Which laws apply to these terms and where you may bring legal proceedings

These terms are governed by English law.

By participating in this promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
